Combine

What our classes offer

STRENGTH

No class is ever the same! Full-Body strength work out to challenge every muscle group. We target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We use free weights, bands, medicine balls, TRX , weighted bars, battle ropes, and so much more.  

HIIT

Full-body workout. Interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. They are meant to challenge and walk out feeling strong.

TEAM WORK

We work together to achieve a shared goal = RESULTS!

Being in my mid 60’s, 60+ pounds overweight, diabetic, worsening arthritis, a bad knee, with terrible lab work, and totally out of shape, I was desperate for help when I called Lindsay. She  is great at tailoring the workouts to each individual’s needs. I  have been going 2x a week for a year this March. Between her class and struggling with my diet, I have managed to lose 34 pounds. I am more fit than I have ever been.  My back is so much more stable and strong, and I feel better about my appearance and how I look in my clothes.
